"Getting a job is not a job search problem.  It's a sales and marketing problem."

- Alex Makarski, marketing expert

Ann Wagner capitalizes on her executive sales experience to teach job seekers how to present their own unique qualities to hiring managers.

Ann's Philosophy

  1. It's not who you know; it's who you get to know.
  2. You have the right to pick the job that you want.
  3. In order to pick the job that you want, you have to control the job search process.

Are you really angry that you have 20+ years of experience in your chosen area of expertise and no one will hire you because you are perceived to be too old?  Perhaps it's the opposite scenario.  Are you angry because you recently graduated with a prestigious college degree, worked tirelessly in school, and have a massive amount of college loans to pay back?  During your job search you've been told that you're lacking in experience. How many resumes and carefully customized cover letters have you sent to job boards and prospective employers? Do you wonder if those resumes even made it through cyberspace to the right person?

It's time to TAKE YOUR LIFE BACK!

Hi, I'm Ann Wagner, a professional job search coach.  I believe that individuals should pick the companies that they would like to work for, not the other way around.  In other words, it's time for YOU to control the job search.

1) Would you like to have your pick of several job offers?

2) Would you like to speak directly to a hiring manager instead of a recruiter?

3) Would you like to cut down the time that it takes to get an offer?

4) Would you like to turn a low salary offer into a higher offer?

If the answer to any or all of these questions is "yes" then I encourage you to consider my audio series.  You're excellent at what you do, right?  Even people who are great at what they do professionally, need some direction.  After all, did you ever take a class in school on how to conduct a job search?  Probably not.  It's a little like going to the gym.  People hire professional trainers all the time to help them maximize their workout sessions.

Why should you come to me for job search coaching?  A friend of mine once said, "Finding a job is not a job search problem, it's a sales and marketing problem."  Besides having over 20 years of successful experience in executive level sales, I think it's important to know that I started at the bottom and worked my way to the top.  I can confidently say that I know the tactics to obtaining a great job.

I teach my clients how to change the rules of the job search game.  I teach them how to be the "chooser" not the one who is chosen.

Is your job search working for you?  If not, accelerate it with a little help from me.  Borrowing from the Mastercard commercial (and using a little poetic license), "Finding a great job - priceless!"
